The technicians at SERVPRO of Hesperia/Apple Valley and SERVPRO of Barstow/Twentynine Palms make our operation work. While it could be argued that without our marketing and sales team, we’d have far fewer relationships with insurance companies and thus, fewer jobs. You could also state that without our office staff or upper management, our backend would fall apart and we would have no structure or ability to accurately and swiftly complete our jobs. All of the above is absolutely and undeniably true, but the vast majority of our customers primarily interact with our field technicians. To me, that qualifies them as the face of our company.
