What is customer service to you? The term carries a lot of connotations and has different meanings and degrees of importance to everybody. To me, customer service is going above and beyond the pale, leaving a lasting great impression, and treating every customer I interact with like my best friend. Obviously, I hold back on offering customers to come by my house for drinks or suggest going to a hockey game though I’d be lying if I said a few of them haven’t offered similar gestures to me. While I have never taken anyone up on said offers, the sentiment shows me that I’m doing my job well and holding true to my standards of satisfaction.

SERVPRO of Hesperia/Apple Valley and SERVPRO of Barstow/Twentynine Palms shares my views on customer service. We all have that one terrible experience that stands out in our minds (remember when Billy at the local burger joint took out Finals Week stress on your cheeseburger and turned it into a two-dimensional object? Less energy drinks, kiddo) and we all know that we will never return to these places of businesses. That’s exactly why SERVPRO of Hesperia/Apple Valley and SERVPRO of Barstow/Twentynine Palms goes to great lengths to make sure that we leave a smile on our customer’s faces. Everyone from our office staff to our technicians make it known that our jobs aren’t done until our customers are happy.
