As summer begins to wind down in the high desert communities of Victor Valley, southern Californians breathe a collective sigh of relief. The summer of 2020 has been a lot of things, and hot is definitely ranked high on the list.

With that being said, California likes to throw its inhabitants atmospheric curve balls almost constantly.
