Floor Damage after a Fire

This home in Big Bear, CA experienced a fire of unknown origin in the kitchen. It was speculated that there was a faulty gas line beneath an old-fashioned stove that fed up from a crawlspace under the home. After the fire department completed their work, SERVPRO of Hesperia / Apple Valley / Barstow / Twentynine Palms was called in to eliminate the smoke odor as well as repair the affected areas that were damaged by the fire.

After deodorizing the home and removing all of the burnt materials, air scrubbers were placed to purify the air and the hole in the kitchen floor was first patched and then repaired.
