Water Damaged Commercial Restroom

SERVPRO of Hesperia / Apple Valley / Barstow / Twentynine Palms was called to a water loss event at a private school in the city of Apple Valley, CA. The leak began behind this toilet and caused a small flood to occur, affecting the baseboards and spreading beyond the bathroom and into the lobby area.

As can be seen in the photo, the rubber baseboards that lined the bathroom were removed. Drying equipment was also placed in the lobby area to dry the carpet and to prevent the water from soaking into the walls and floor beneath, potentially leading to mold.
