“Common Issues”

This condominium home in Hesperia, CA experienced a major water loss event originating from a burst water line behind a common wall between the bathroom and this bedroom. As can be seen in this photo, the closet along said wall was affected the most. Clothes along the bottom rack and the carpet were among the materials affected.

After being contacted by the homeowners, the professional water technicians from SERVPRO of Hesperia / Apple Valley performed an initial inspection and discerned that the carpet would need to be pulled, as well as the contents of the closet packed out. Contents pack-outs are a fairly common service that SERVPRO provides. The bottom rack of clothing was removed and the carpet was pulled, allowing the drying process to take place.
