Roof Damage After Heavy Rains

This commercial warehouse experienced a major water loss event after the ceiling collapsed and soaked the area below. The ceiling collapsed due to the excessive amount of water that had been pooling on the roof. A large thunderstorm brought large amounts of rain and eventually the weight became too much for the roof to handle.

SERVPRO of Hesperia / Apple Valley / Barstow / Twentynine Palms arrived on scene. Large-scale water losses can quickly become dangerous if not addressed quickly. First, all of the debris and affected material was removed to allow for safe passage and easy access. After the excess water was removed and drying equipment was placed, reconstruction of the roof took place.
